Šta još muči ljude kada planiraju odmor?

Godišnji odmor zahteva i velika odricanja u onom materijalnom smislu, tako da je ovaj životni događaj investirano mnogo psihološke energije i očekivanja. Ovaj događaj se vrlo često idealizuje, pa je razumljivo da po povratku u surovu realnost sledi pad raspoloženja i neka vrsta razočarenja. Jedan od razloga zašto se to dešava je i taj što vreme provedeno na godišnjem odmoru daje prvivide u našem životu. Sve je u redu pa onda i nije čudo što nam teško pada ona suočavanje sa realnošću. Dok opušteno ležimo na plaži svoj život gledamo iz jedne potpuno druge perspective. Ovo je idealna prilika da napravimo jednu distancu I da pogledamo šta to našem životu nije u redu, čime smo mi to zapravo nezadovoljni? Da li je to posao fakultet porodični li bračni odnosi. Otuda ljudi vrlo često žele da upravo nakon godišnjeg odmora promene nešto u svom životu.  Preporuka psihologa je da treba izbeći donošenje veliki životnih odluka u tom periodu, bolje sačekati nedelju do dve prođe neki period adaptacije kako se ne bi smo kasnije kajali zbog te impulsivnosti, koju je dodatno podgreju leto i sunce na godišnjem odmoru kaže Bojana Bajić. Šta još muči ljude u tom periodu?

Vrlo često se potroši mnogo više novca nego što smo planirali što stvara dodatnu brigu I  strah, zatim to je činjenica da više nemamo toliko slobodnog vremena, sledeća prilika nije na vidiku.

Ono što ljudi nažalost vrlo često zaboravljaju jeste da je svaka promena stres, pa čak i promena na bolje. Oni misle da ako se dešava nešto pozitivno ili poželjno, neće biti potrebe za prilagođavanje, međutim, u psihološkom smislu to nikada nije tako, svaka promena zahteva adaptaciju jer ljudi prosto nisu mašine koje se mogu u resetovati ili prestrojiti se jednog režima funkcionisanja na drugi, i kao što se elektronski uređaj pune, godišnji odmor i potreba svakog čoveka a ne samo neka nagrada za uloženi trud i rad. Nakon godišnjeg odmora potrebno je vratiti se u uobičajen način ishrane, prilagodite ritam obroka i fizičke aktivnosti. Briga za fizičko i mentalno zdravlje trebalo bi da bude svima nama prioritet.
